Class Descriptions

Barre: Barre-based classes use a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.

Boot camp: This class offers a wide variety of interval training, including lifting weights, pulling rubber TRX straps, pushups/situps, plyometrics, and other types of movements designed to decrease body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, and increase strength. Modifications are always available so all levels are welcome.

Olympic Fit: A class designed to amplify your fitness experience and raise your competitive and athletic abilities to the next level. In a structured, controlled yet stimulating and supportive environment, this class combines mobility, gymnastics, Olympic lifting, plyometrics & high intensity training, proven to develop your overall strength, speed & power while maximizing your metabolic condition.This class will not only change your body but also enhance your mind and soul by challenging you to push your limits. Workouts can be scaled or modified according to your level of skill.

Spin: Spin is a fun and challenging workout for anyone! This class incorporates a combination of movements to work out more than just your legs! Indoor cycling provides a great cardio workout without stressing knees or joints. Pedal to upbeat music on our stationary bikes where you are in control of the resistance and speed! It doesn’t matter if you are a first time rider or an experienced cyclist because spin is a personalized workout. Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance. Come on in for the ride!

Yoga: Yoga is a comprehensive system of restorative yoga, gentle yoga, breath awareness, and guided meditation specifically designed to enhance the body’s own capacity to heal.

Functional Training: This is a primal functional movement based fitness class using both traditional and non-traditional tools. This class teaches health from the inside out and builds muscle through smart functional movements.
