Return-to-Play and Concussion Return-to-Play
These programs are designed for the athlete post-injury that is ready to begin sport specific training in the process of returning to full play. Each athlete is assessed and works directly with a certified athletic trainer in sport specific gradual progress of strength, agility, flexibility, and speed training. For athletes who have suffered a concussion, the athlete will begin a graduated individualized return-to-play protocol supervised by a licensed athletic trainer.
One-On-One Boxing Sessions

Our trainer will help you reach your fitness goals after assessing your fitness level and skills and will develop a program that’s just right for you.
