 At Advanced Fitness and Wellness we offer 1 on 1 personal training in Riverdale to provide a custom experience fit for your goals. Whether your goals are to lose weight, gain energy, and most importantly become healthy, we will create a program that works for you. Your exercise prescriptions will be based off of two very important components, your physical attributes and SCIENCE!

When you follow the Advanced Fitness and Wellness 1 on 1 personal training program, the average person can expect to lose between 5 and 10 pounds of fat their first 4 weeks. If weight loss is not a goal, other common needs we see are strength training, health, and better lifestyle habits etc. With a combination of high-intensity exercise and good nutrition, you’ll have loads of energy and receive the attention you need versus a traditional gym membership. Advanced Fitness and Wellness is a results oriented personal training facility where we feel incredibly proud that are programs were created from an exercise physiologist.

We also need to be realistic and safe. We’ll help you establish realistic goals and then map out over a course of time for you to achieve them! You won’t be alone in this as we’re with you every step of the way in your 1:1 personal training! We are happy that we can offer an environment that is fun, energetic and non-intimidating. No fighting with crowds for equipment time. No feeling uncomfortable because you don’t know what you’re doing.

What to expect at your one-on-one consultation:

  • First, you will sit down with one of the owners to discuss your fitness goals and why 1:1 personal training is important to you.
  • Next, you’ll be led through a brief sample workout. This will give you an opportunity to test drive our service and will give us a chance to assess your current level of fitness. This is a simple assessment that anyone can do regardless of your starting fitness level.
  • Lastly, we will sit back down and give you our recommendations based on your goals and current level of fitness.
